Appraisals

All of my appraisals are conducted to suit the requirements of each client. My long service both as a specialist auctioneer and within the retail trade enables me to provide exceptional accuracy in the setting of values and also in my ability to explain these levels of value. I am able to present my services in an arms-length fashion, completely apart from and unhindered by pressure to either buy or sell the appraised property.

Appraisals for the following purposes are frequently sought:

• Estate Tax Purposes and Estate Planning
• Family Division
• General Current Market Value
• Insurance
• Noncash Charitable Donation

These categories usually require different levels of detail to be provided by the appraiser. Up-to-date IRS guidelines are strictly observed whenever necessary and applicable. My fees are based upon the time spent in the preparation of the appraisal and not on a percentage of the total evaluation. All out-of-pocket expenses are additionally billed to the client.
